I went in over the weekend and had the absolute best facial with Ebony and I had a massage with Masha. I called Antonio last week and said I would love to take him up on the facial and massage. He listened to me, didn't question anything and was like 'don't worry, your next appointment is on me.' I thought how nice. The receptionist set up a time for us to chat and I shared my experience with him. I emailed the owner and told him about my experience. The spa and rooms were absolutely beautiful and they clearly understand what it means for their clients to want to relax all those great reviews. I came to this spa looking for relief and sadly I didn't find it.īeing a small business owner myself, I didn't have the heart to ruin the 5 stars that this spa had received. She wasn't able to understand what my needs were and I had a bad experience with her. The therapist and I simply did not connect. I work from home and am on my computer so needless to say my neck, shoulders and upper back are always tight. The massage therapist (whom I don't want to name) did both services for me.
